The UP women's chess team regained second spot after disposing their rivals in their most recent pairings one week apart: University of Santo Tomas (UST), 3.0–1.0, and University of the East, 4.0–0.0, and inched closer to rivals De La Salle University (DLSU) as UAAP 76 action continues at the De La Salle University Enrique Razon Sports Complex Conference Room, Ermita, Manila.

The UP women's volleyball team repeated their demolition of University of the East (UE) in straight sets, 25:16 25:21 25:18, to end their UAAP season 76 campaign on a high note by registering their first twin wins going back to 2010, Sunday, January 17, at the FilOil Flying V Arena.
